Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

All sales are in US dollars and shipments for new products are FOB factory to locations within the continental United States, regardless of part or equipment. All damage claims must be filed with the carrier. Most orders will be processed on the next business day. All large equipment orders need lift gates and this option is available on the shipping page. All product should be unloaded by the customer unless inside delivery is requested on the shipping page.

Returns

Unused parts and accessories can be returned within 30 days of invoice. No equipment can be returned. No electrical components can be returned. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be accompanied with a return authorization number. To request one, please call 1-866-441-1848. No parts that have been installed or used in any way can be returned. Freight charges will not be credited. Credits will be processed within 30 days of return.
